IFS Coaching for Engineers and Tech Leaders
From Engineering Systems to Inner Systems
I spent 30 years as an engineer and leader—helping grow Zaber Technologies from three people in a living room to 170 employees. Along the way, I built teams, scaled systems, and learned what makes organizations thrive.
But even with the success, I noticed something: external systems only take you so far. The real leverage point in leadership isn’t just processes or strategy—it’s the inner system you bring to the role.
That realization led me to Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful framework for understanding the different “parts” of ourselves. I discovered that the same skills I once used to design systems in engineering could be applied inward—to create more presence, clarity, and balance as a leader.
Now, I coach engineers and tech leaders who want to bring the same intentionality they use at work to their own inner world. Because when you lead yourself well, you lead your team and company better.
My Approach
Coaching with me is not about fixing you or teaching you a management “hack.” It’s about creating space to:
Get to know the inner parts that shape your leadership—your achievers, critics, problem-solvers, and protectors.
Access more of your core Self—qualities like calm, clarity, confidence, and curiosity.
Show up for your team with presence, authenticity, and grounded leadership.
When leaders understand their inner system, they’re able to create healthier teams—and thriving organizations.
